We will introduce you to our architectural services, with their knowledge of local authorities they will ensure the fastest route to planning approval. We offer a complete service from design, planning submission to building regulations approval.

Managing the build is what we love doing and we get our kicks from smoothly managing a busy site and seeing the transformation come to life. Keeping to our word is important to us. Thats why we plan meticulously and project manage each project ourselves. That way you always have a friendly and approachable Project Manager on site.

You need to know whats happening when. Thats why, when you work with us, we will provide you with a full schedule of works, a contract, payment terms, weekly email updates and post completion meetings to ensure you're happy with our work, two weeks after completion, two months after that and 12 months later. We really do like to make sure you're happy with our work.

Our team is highly qualified and accredited. This is why we successfully deliver our projects to the highest standards, on time and to budget. We work hard to build relationships. Working with our Architects and Structural Engineers does speed up the process as working relationship are already established. Although we've worked collaboratively to successfully deliver many projects with other contractors and even learnt a thing or two that way.

Having piece of mind is as important to us as it is to you. We operate as a building contractor so having full public liability and employer’s liability insurance is a given. Our coverage is worth £5m and £10m.

We Guarantee...

We offer a two year Guarantee on all workmanship carried out by or on behalf of Duo Builders Ltd and 10 years on structural work. The long and short of it is, we're not happy until you're happy. So far we haven't had a claim on our insurance or needed a customer to use their Guarantee.
